Our gym is membership based. With our monthly membership you will have access to a variety of classes and class times. The programming is specifically designed to target all muscle groups, increase strength, improve cardiovascular health and reach individual goals.
What we offer
CLASS TIMES
M/W/F: 5am, 6 am, 7 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 5 pm
Tuesday: 5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 5 pm
Thursday: 5 am, 6am, 4 pm, 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am
Strength Training
We have Strength class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each day is programmed to target specific muscle groups. This is typically in circuits or supersets. Members use free weights and other equipment to build muscle and strength.
Hybrid
Our Hybrid class is on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This style of training includes HIIT and other high intensity training (intervals, AMRAP, EMOM). These classes have a mix of cardio and strength training elements.
Personal Training
Our NASM certified Personal Trainer, Gaile Sinn, offers one-on-one personal training to reach your individual goals and meet your weight training needs.
